The objective of this course is to prepare HR officers towards paperless administration, seamless and snag free transition from the current manual system to e Human Resource Management and electronic administration. It is crucial for the success of implementing eHRM that the staff and the workforce should be given adequate training to expose and understand the process of migration of manual HR system to electronic HR solutions.
Hence, this course is also to prepare the HR Officers with the right knowledge and management skills on core understanding of the capabilities and limitations of electronic admin system. Hence, the right decision making to implement the e-HRM project at staff levels should be emphasis.
This course is given more emphasis on technical details to ensure the success of implementing of the e HRM project.
