:: METHODOLOGY AND ASSESSMENT ::

The program will be conducted in an interactive approach employing mini lectures, case studies, group discussions, group and individual assignments, presentation to class.

Participants will prepare and present topics provided by facilitators by conducting mini action research at the workplace and presenting the findings to the class.

These research, findings and presentation will be assessed through a competency frame work of each modules, which will be provided by the facilitator.

The provider will compile all the assessment and provide a summary to the organization on each participant for future career planning.

The assessment is based on 100% work based assignment.

:: COURSE DURATION ::

To complete the program, all participants should complete all modules which will be conducted on a 2 day workshop basis at the organization’s workplace or at our center, classes will be run on weeknights or weekends.

:: CERTIFICATE OF PARTICIPATION ::

At the end of the program participants do not complete the program will receive a competency certificate from the organization/provider and /or a university (optional).

:: COST ::

RM 8,900.00 for the whole program, inclusive of the university kit, with a fees of RM 500.00 being a non-refundable registration.
